Biography
The daughter of infamous criminal Vandal Savage, Scandal hasn’t followed in her father's footsteps, but she hasn’t quite led a civilian’s life, either. Blackmailed by The Riddler, who threatened to kill her two wives, Kay Fury (aka Knockout) and Liana Kerzner, Scandal was forced to do his bidding by kidnapping Thomas Blake. Fearing for Blake’s sanity, Scandal brought him a kitten to keep him company in his solitary jail cell.
Later–in the company of two other mercenaries–Scandal was forced to battle the Secret Six, her eventual allies.
