Biography
Andrea Markham's rise to the glamorous position of representing the charitably vague Weiland Foundation whilst also serving as secretary to The Watchers and, ultimately, answering to Barbara Gordon, aka Oracle came as the result of an extensive search by the aforementioned Ms. Gordon for an intelligent, imaginative young woman with the skills, attitude and imagination to contribute, as best anyone sans-costume can-both Alfred Pennyworth, and Oracle herself serving as examples of just how crucial such a support role can be, as well as of just how great said contributions might prove to the nascent Watchers. After several interviews, and following an extensive background check, the young Ms. Markham, having recently graduated from MIT's Media Lab won the–likely thankless–job.
As far as she's let on, Miss Markham is single–unattached, just not looking–and while she can be a bit flirty, if in the mood and appropriately engaged, she's yet to show any signs of acting on any such inklings.
